Pasta salad I just made...
…for my lunch tomorrow.
Ingredients:
-box veggie pasta (I used Ronzoni Garden Delight)
-can black eyed peas, drained and rinsed
-chopped green onion
-some chopped white onion
-cilantro
-a few chopped artichoke hearts
-sliced olives
-chopped up raw broccoli
-chopped up raw carrots
-olive oil and vinegar dressing (I used Newman’s Own)
- red pepper flakes
…mixed it all...
